HOMEQ SERVICING review by Long4fla
Hello-I am sure after reading and being in realestate for 15 years, I can only say that, if what people are going through in life today, you cannot trust a mortage company like this. I have seen alot of my customers turn there back on me ,because I bring this company up,because I have been with them sence they were first union bank in 1990, I have had my down side with them, and when I did ,I would never give them the upper hand on my life or money.I guess what I am trying to say is, I know of no one who in 20 years , writes in a good letter about there boss or there company. So I can say that if you see a letter on this site, telling what a great lender Homeq is then, this tells me that ,the letter is good intent is from corp.(Homeq)-or a stock holder, in plain english--They wrote there own letter about no problems--They have not been around for 30 years, and don't let anyone tell you they have. One more thing, Did you know Homeq is under FEDRAL INVESTGATION-for Phone scams ,to the elderly,To the tune of 400-million.Welcome to free checking, welcome to wacovia.

Hi. I too am battling Homeq. They have set a sale date for July 24 on our home. We have tried everything to get Homeq to work with us, soon finding out that they dont want to. They have been blocking us from finding out who the actual note holder is on our home also. We have many issues leading up to our refinance with them: our broker ordered our appraisal and it was extemely inflated and we were charged unreasonable fees. We have tried to get them to do a modification on our loan, they refuse to do so. If anyone can offer any help, it would be greatly appreciated. I also am trying to find out if there is a class action suit against Homeq. Thank you.
