HOMEQ SERVICING complaint

I currently have Home EQ servicing, and let me tell you the harrassing phone calls have to end. My payment is due on the 1st of the month, if I dont pay it by then, the phone calls start on the 2nd, and I am talking 5-6 times a day until the payment was made. I have never been "late" with the payment, I always pay on the 20th of the month which I have explained to them 1000 times, but it doesnt matter... they will harrass you to no end. I am hoping to re-fi soon so I dont have to deal with these clowns calling me every 5 seconds..

HOMEQ SERVICING should never have made a deal with a child such as yourself. What planet are you on. If they call five or six times a day every five minutes than that would put you on a planet that has an 25-30 second day. You must be a child if you think like this. Second if you paid on the 20th of the month than you are 19 days late. They have every right to harass you. They should have called your parents and told them that you are late on your payments. This is the exact reason they should not do business with eight year olds. You guys are too young to be responsible and pay your debts on time.

Ok, if your payment is due on the 1st and you pay on the 20th, how do you never pay late? That would be 19 days late?? If you got paid on Fridays and your check didn't come, how long would you wait to see what's the problem? You probably would have contacted the media and hired an attorney. So how could you be mad for someone wanting to know when they are getting paid?
