I have had approximately 5 to 6 re-payment plans. However, in October of 2008, I attempted to make arrangements in order for my Mortgage to go back to normal and wired HomEq Servicing $8,000 only to find that my mortgage would still be doubled at $1300.00 p/month. Now, I have a foreclosure sell date of 3/6/09 and if I do not come up with an additonal $3500.00 by 3/3/09, I will lose my home of 12yrs. I was instructed that this is the only option I have on Monday 2/23/09. I have exhausted all my means and if I do not file Bankruptcy I have lost everything.

they will not work with you.i've tried to do a loa

WELL, I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF CHAPTER 7 BANKRUPTCY AND AM SUPPOSED TO REAFFIRM MY MORTGAGE WITH HOMEQ.....I AM CURRENTLY 2 MONTHS BEHIND BUT I HAVE THE MONEY FOR THE PAYMENTS. BEING IN THE MIDDLE OF CHAPTER 7 HAS "PROTECTED" ME A LITTLE SINCE NO-ONE CAN TOUCH YOU PER SE WHEN THIS IS GOING ON. NEXT WEEK IS MY HEARING AND I'M GONNA GO IN WITH THE CASH I OWE THEM AND ASK FOR THE LOAN MODIFICATION. OR, IF THEY SAY NO THEN I'M WALKING OUT WITH THE MONEY I OWE THEM AND KISS MY HOME OF 15 YEARS GOOD-BYE. I CANNOT AFFORD THIS MORTGAGE ANYMORE DUE TO FINANCIAL HARDSHIPS AND IF THEY THINK THEY ARE TAKING THE LAST BIT OF MONEY I HAVE TO MOVE TO A SMALL APT. THEN THEY'RE WRONG! I'M GLAD I DECIDED TO LOOK THESE FOLKS UP ON THIS WEBSITE. FOR SOME REASON I KNEW THAT THEY WOULD BE ON HERE WITH COMPLAINTS SUCH AS THE ONES I'VE READ.

hi denise i would like to talk to you regarding your plan for suing this company. because we are in the same boat. having a hardtime to get loan mod from them and they are so rude and mean. i am behind payment for 2 months and they keep harassing me i was in a hardship to pay my mortgage.

My comment is that Homeq Servicing is nothing but a scamming company,I filed chapter 13 in 06 I had my case dismissed in jan of 09 Homeq is coming at me saying im 14 months behind in my mortgage payment,THEY ARE CRAZY YOU DONT GET NO HELP WHATSOEVER.NOW IM HAD JUST FILED A LAW SUITE AGAINST HOMEQ.NOW WE WILL SEE WHO WILL WIN
