This company is what you would call the bottom feeders; they prey upon desperate comsumers and they have zero and I mean zero compassion and customer service. Your life and home mean nothing to them but a dollar figure and they will put the screws to you until you fold. Get out while you still can! I have had problems with payments and they make it so impossible for a person with hardships to catch up in a reasonable amount of time. I am a fairly tough person but they have made me literally bawl my eyes out everytime I have to talk to someone. I have not spoken to one nice person there. It must be a prerequisite to be cold and heartless.
